The RD App is free to download. You can download our App from the App Store or Google Play.

You'll receive push notifications, emails and SMS messages from us. After logging in, go to "Home" and tap the bell icon on the top-right corner to view all past notifications. Direct marketing notifications, if consented, will also be sent via the same channels.

You can change your personal information including your preferred name, mobile number and email address in the RD App:
1. Log into RD App
2. Tap your profile picture icon on the homepage
3. Tap “Personal Profile” in the side menu
4. Select the personal information item you would like to update (Change of certain personal information may require another identity verification)

You can change your consent settings in the RD app:
1. Log into RD App
2. Tap your profile picture icon on the homepage
3. Select "Settings"
4. Go to "Marketing preferences" to change your consent

You can change language settings in the RD App:
1. Log into RD App
2. Tap your profile picture icon on the homepage
3. Choose your preferred language at the bottom of the side menu

RD App will ask you to take photos of your identification document and yourself to authenticate your document and your identity.
